The offer on replacement lessons is valid for 30 days. Once this time period is over, students no longer have the opportunity to replace the cancelled lesson and that original lesson is billed for.
NN means that the lesson marked with it was not followed by any kind of replacement within 30 days after the date of the cancelled lesson and will be invoiced.
Yes. We don’t distinguish between the reasons for a cancelled lesson.
Students see the icon “will not be charged for” in the current month, which means that there is a 30-day period running to replace the lesson. If a replacement takes place, the status will be changed to will be charged for based on the fact that a replacement took place. If a replacement doesn’t take place, the status will be changed to “will be charged for” and the lesson considered not replaced and will be billed.
If the vacation concerns 3 or more lessons, the student should get in touch with the Course Manager responsible to discuss possible replacement.
Not at all. The price for replacement lessons always equals the price for the original lesson that was cancelled in advance.

There are no Language Catalogue lessons available for minor languages. This means that replacing cancelled lessons is not mandatory. If a minor language lesson is replaced, then this is with the regular teacher.
Yes, each of the students needs to state that they cannot attend a lesson in the system for the lesson to be replaced. When choosing the right topic and date for a replacement lesson, each of the students acts individually based on their own preferences.
